At TANGLUR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review the following policy carefully.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 15 working days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, and pin-packed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged, or have any fragrance or perfume applied will not be eligible for exchange.
- Change-of-mind exchanges are accepted, provided that the product meets all exchange eligibility requirements and is returned in its original condition.
Once the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection, the exchange process will be initiated.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for the delivery charges incurred when sending items back to our warehouse for exchange.
- TANGLUR provides free delivery for one end of every exchange order.
- In cases where a wrong item or a faulty product has been delivered, TANGLUR will bear all return and exchange shipping costs.
Return & Refund Policy
For Online Paid Orders
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and pin-packed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, or fragrance/perfume application are not eligible for return or refund.
- The reason for the return must be genuine and valid. Returns based on a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering by mistake are not eligible for refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and approved by the TANGLUR warehouse.
- The refundable amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
- Actual delivery charges incurred at the time of shipment will be deducted from the refundable amount.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and pin-packed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, or fragrance/perfume application are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process

- The refundable amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
- Actual delivery charges incurred at the time of shipment will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- An additional 5% tax deduction (which may vary depending on the order value) will also be deducted from COD order refunds.

- Customers are responsible for the delivery charges incurred when sending items back to our warehouse for return.
- If a wrong item or a faulty product has been delivered, TANGLUR will bear the return shipping costs.
Quality Assurance & Claims
Every TANGLUR product undergoes multiple quality inspections before dispatch. These quality checks are conducted under CCTV surveillance to ensure that products are shipped in excellent condition.
In the event of a complaint regarding a wrong, damaged, or faulty product, TANGLUR reserves the right to review warehouse quality control records and shipment evidence before approving the claim.
Any false, misleading, or fraudulent claims made against TANGLUR may result in the rejection of the claim and may be subject to legal action where applicable.
Important Notes
- All exchanged or returned items must be sent back in their original pin-packed condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- TANGLUR reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
- Refund processing timelines begin after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our warehouse team.
