At TANGLUR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review the following policy carefully.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 15 working days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, and pin-packed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products that have been washed, worn, altered, damaged, or have any fragrance or perfume applied will not be eligible for exchange.
- Change-of-mind exchanges are accepted, provided that the product meets all exchange eligibility requirements and is returned in its original condition.
Once the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection, the exchange process will be initiated.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for the delivery charges incurred when sending items back to our warehouse for exchange.
- TANGLUR provides free delivery for one end of every exchange order.
- In cases where a wrong item or a faulty product has been delivered, TANGLUR will bear all return and exchange shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, pin-packed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, alterations, or perfume/fragrance application will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
- Change of mind, personal preference, dislike of the product, or ordering by mistake are not valid reasons for a return or refund.
Wrong or Faulty Product
If you receive a wrong item or a faulty product due to an error from TANGLUR:
- The product will be replaced with a fresh piece of the same item at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds will not be provided if a replacement is available.
- If a delivered product is faulty and replacement is not available, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
- TANGLUR will bear one end shipping charges related to the replacement.
Size Exchange & Other Exchange Requests
If you request an exchange due to:
- Size misfit
- Color preference
- Style preference
- Any other valid exchange reason (excluding change of mind)
the exchange will be processed subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement size or article is not available on our website, the customer will be compensated with a TANGLUR Store Coupon Code after the deduction of:
- The actual delivery charges incurred on the original order.
- Applicable 5% tax on the sales value.
This coupon code can be used on future purchases (within 3 months) from TANGLUR.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:
- A wrong or faulty product has been delivered by TANGLUR and a fresh replacement of the same product is not available.
In such cases:
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and approved by the TANGLUR warehouse.
- The refundable amount will be transferred to the customer's registered bank account.
Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning products for exchanges.
- TANGLUR will bear the shipping charges only when a wrong item or a faulty product has been delivered and the claim is approved.
Important Notes
- This policy applies equally to Online Paid Orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.
- Every return, exchange, or refund request is subject to inspection and approval by the TANGLUR Quality Control team.
- All TANGLUR products undergo multiple quality checks under CCTV surveillance before dispatch. False claims regarding product defects or incorrect items may result in rejection of the claim.
